Building Impressions was proud to be involved in the Eildon Parade Children’s Centre project, a 4-year-old Kinder and childcare facility located in the suburb of Rowville in the City of Knox region. The project involved a complete demolition retaining just the external masonry walls, rebuild of the existing facilities and additional extension to increase the floor area by 60%. Fully DDA compliant building including accessible bathroom facilities and ramps. Extensive landscaping of the children’s play areas incorporating a bespoke tepee, water play area, digging patch, mud kitchen and sensory paving.
